Sublease Agreement
Roommates screwing friend on rent?
My friend just signed a personal sublease agreement with a couple living in an apartment near our college. This couple she is moving in with told her they are keeping her a secret from management because it would cost more and they’re only supposed to split the rent 2 ways, not 3. I’m guessing this is illegal but I’m wondering what are some possible motives they would have for this arrangement that might work in their favor?

They are breaking the law, and so will your friend. She will be in someone elses property without their permission.
Their motive it is have her pay part of the rent without the landlord passing her with a back ground check, etc.
